The JCB 540-140 Hi-Viz Loadall is a high-capacity telehandler designed for lifting heavy materials to height on demanding construction and infrastructure projects. With a maximum lift capacity of 4,000 kg and a lift height of 13.8 metres, it is well suited to handling large loads on multi-storey construction sites. 
The machine features integrated stabilisers which improve stability when lifting heavy loads at height or extended reach. This allows operators to safely place materials such as pallets of blocks, steel beams and construction equipment onto upper floors or scaffolding structures. 
Powered by a robust 4.4 litre JCB diesel engine and powershift transmission, the 540-140 delivers strong torque, smooth travel and reliable performance on uneven construction terrain. Permanent four-wheel drive and heavy-duty axles provide excellent traction and stability across demanding job sites.
The spacious Hi-Viz cab design improves operator visibility around the machine and boom. Combined with the automatic load moment indicator system, the telehandler continuously monitors machine stability and warns the operator if safe lifting limits are approached.
